Shipping Policy

MAGNET CLOTHING products are made to order. Your order goes through two stages before it arrives: production and shipping.

1. Production: preparing your order

Production is the time needed to make your items before they are shipped. Your order is not ready for immediate dispatch when you place it.

Production time is separate from shipping time. For a production estimate for a specific product or an update on your order, email support@magnetclothingofficial.com with the product name, your tracking order number, or click on Track Order and enter your tracking number, there you will have access to your order history, and delivery time.

2. Shipping: delivering your order

Shipping time is the time your package spends travelling to you after it has been handed to the carrier. A shipping transit estimate does not include the time needed to produce your items.

Total time to receive your order = production time + shipping time.

Please allow time for both stages, especially when ordering for an event or a specific date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays or weather may affect arrival times.

Shipping costs and tracking

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. If tracking is included with your shipping method, the email will contain your tracking details. Tracking updates may take time to appear.
